Case Study | Operational Transformation Project

This was a multi-year operational change programme within an accreditation-led professional services education firm, that delivers advisory work, leadership and coach training, and organisational culture programmes across both digital and facilitated formats.

The case study, Restoring operational coherence, explores the programme end to end, spanning organisational structure, systems, and delivery. It focuses on how operational coherence was restored as complexity increased.

Two further case studies will follow, focusing respectively on the consolidated CRM layer (established as the single source of truth for customer data and forecasting) and the integrated learning platform (embedded as the unified delivery environment across B2B and B2C programmes). These will examine system selection, implementation judgement, and adoption in greater depth.
